Kouyaté: Valencia, West Ham or ... Anderlecht?

The transfer of Kouyaté is transforming into a soap. The player has a personal deal with Valencia but also with West Ham. The Spanish club offers 7,5 million euro for the midfielder, which is close to what Anderlecht demands.


There is no deal on club level yet, despite earlier announcements. It's expected that West Ham will make a new improved offer. But also Anderlecht will try to convince Kouyaté. The Mauves are offering the Senegalese a better contract. By reaching the Champions League, the club has gotten additional financial means. During the play-offs, the importance of Kouyaté to the team became clear. Therefore, the Anderlecht management gladly wants to make an extra effort to keep the player.
