"Youri is ready for the next stage"

INTERVIEWS This summer, some key players will probably leave Anderlecht. Peter Smeets, mentor of Youri Tielemans, is very clear about his future.


"Last year, I gave Youri a symbolic gift, a bracelet. We had it engraved with "RSCA", his shirt number and 07/05  The purpose is that he will give that bracelet back to me, and I will let it engrave with his next club.  He is ready for the next stage, but he himself is not worrying about that at the moment. We are very selective in the thing we are showing him."
