New York Red Bulls and Basel want Vargas

The American team New York Red Bull and Basel from Switzerland are interested in Ronald Vargas. He wants to play on loan if Anderlecht manages to get Thorgan Hazard.

At Basel Vargas will find his friend Behrang Safari again, but his preference would be an American adventure. Also Zulte Waregem is interested, but it is not sure if they want a player who has been injured so long.

At the end of this season Vargas has no contract anymore at Anderlecht. However, RSCA is willing to keep him one more year. Anderlecht hopes that with Vargas playing on loan, they will be able to sell him for more money afterwards.
