Anderlecht defeated KV Mechelen on saturday with 5-0. Mitrovic and Suárez were the best players on the field. Mitrovic scored two times, Suárez scored one goal and gave three assists. Acheampong scored the fifth goal.


The Mauves dominated the match from start to finish. Especially Suarez and Mitrovic found each other fantastically well. Mitrovic scored twice, Suarez ones but also gave three assists. With N'Sakala on the left back and Mbemba instead of Nuytinck in the heart of the defense, the Mauves also managed to keep the nill. It remains to be seen whether the defense will also be able to withstand Benfica on Tuesday.
