Belgian selection for Belgium - Lithuania

Friday, Aimé Antheunis has announced the Belgian selection for the WC-qualification match against Lithuania, on Saturday 4 September in Charleroi at 8.15 pm.

The national coach called up the same players like the friendly match against Norway on 18 August.
The Belgian selection:
Goalkeepers: Erwin Lemmens (Espanyol Barcelona/Spa) and Tristan Peersman (RSC Anderlecht). Defenders: Eric Deflandre (Standard), Olivier Deschacht (RSC Anderlecht), Vincent Kompany (RSC Anderlecht), Timmy Simons (Club Bruges), Jelle Van Damme (Southampton/Eng); Anthony Vanden Borre (RSC Anderlecht), Didier Dheedene (Austria Vienna/Aus) and Daniel Van Buyten (Hamburg/Ger). Midfielders: Walter Baseggio (RSC Anderlecht), Philippe Clement (Club Bruges), Mbo Mpenza (Anderlecht), Roberto Bisconti (Standard), Sven Vermant (Schalke 04/Ger), Bart Goor (Feyenoord/Holl) and Tom Soetaers (Ajax Amsterdam/Holl).
