Tottenham have had a £6m for Anderlecht's Ivory Coast forward Aruna Dindane turned down. The club are also said to be looking at Dindane's Swedish teammate midfielder Christian Wilhelmsson.

Spurs' Sporting director Frank Arnesen watched Anderlecht in their successful Champions League qualifier against Benfica on Tuesday night.
West Brom and Portsmouth have also been linked with the African striker.

The agent of versatile Christian Wilhelmsson confirmed earlier this month that there were several clubs interested in the player.
"All included, we are talking to two or three clubs in the Premier League," agent Mino Raiola told Sportbladet.

"We are talking to clubs from Italy, Spain, England and France. Tottenham are one of the Premier League clubs we have talked to."

However their victory means the Belgian club are keen to keep their stars, at least until the end of their European campaign.
