The transfer of Aleksandar Mitrovic from Partizan Belgrade to Anderlecht has caused some trouble within the board of Partizan. Mile Jovicic, the vice president of the club, even decided to resign.

He submitted his resignation because he wasn't happy about the transfer of the talented player. The board of Partizan had a meeting, for about three hours, about the fact if Mitrovic should stay at the club or not. Jovicic threatened to quit if the board agreed to transfer Mitrovic. Eventually, the board gave in to the transfer and Jovicic left the club.
