INTERVIEWS Fabrice N'Sakala also looked at the start of this season, and the new coach René Weiler. "I have respect for Weiler. It is not easy to take over a team in which most players want to leave."

"It is a good thing Weiler is strict, but he is not a great talker. He only talks to Praet, Defour and Tielemans because he appreciates them. However, his decision to send away certain players to the second team, really tore the group in two."

Okaka and De Maio

Stefano Okaka caused many problems, and there was a quarrel between De Maio and the coach. "In the beginning, De Maio was a leader. When Okaka went too far, De Maio advised him to apologise him, but in vain. Once De Maio was also sideline, he became furious."

Transfer after this season

The Anderlecht chapter is closed for N'Sakala. "I could have gone to Birmingham, Reading or QPR, but I chose for Alanyaspor. We want to stay in the top league and Anderlecht might sell me at the end of the season."
