Lukebakio had personal agreement with Zulte Waregem

TRANSFERS Dodi Lukebakio made a move to Toulouse, despite having a personal agreement with Zulte Waregem. Zulte are always a too high transfer fee for their own players, while they are not willing to make a high bid for other players.This behaviour is irritating the other teams, and Anderlecht was not willing to let Lukebakio go to Zulte Waregem. Also Montpellier and Sion were interested in the winger.
