Lombaerts: "Very disappointed"

TRANSFERS - INTERVIEWS Nicolas Lombaerts is currently in Belgium, as he is preparing next week's matches with the Red Devils. Lombaerts admits he is very disappointed the transfer to Anderlecht has been canceled. After eight years in Russia, he is eager to play elsewhere.

Zenit requested a transfer fee of 4.5 million Euros, Anderlecht did not want to go further than 2.5 million Euros. Also many fans were hoping Nicolas Lombaerts would join the Mauves.
