New attempt to sign Lombaerts?

TRANSFERS Nicolas Lombaerts is becoming a father soon and therefore wants to return closer to his home. Anderlecht tried to land the Red Devil last season already and they are expected to make an offer again for the experienced defender.

Lombaerts has been playing in Russia for eight years already and wants to have a steady family life. He is eager to leave Saint-Petersburg and several teams are reported to be interested. Amongst them are PSV Eindhoven, Borussia Mönchengladbach, Club Bruges and Anderlecht.
