Proto moves to Ostend, also Conte closé to transfer

TRANSFERS Silvio Proto is reported to have signed a contract at KV Ostend, and they are also close to an agreement with Ibrahima Conté. Ostend seems to be willing to take over more and more Anderlecht players.
