Matias Suarez will probably go to CSKA Moscow anyway. The Russians contacted Anderlecht again concerning a possible transfer in January, when Suarez' injury is fully recovered.

The new offer would be just a little lower than the 11 million CSKA offered this summer. This means, Suarez will with high certainty leave Brussels as soon as he is recovered.

Also manager Vanden Stock already indicated that "Suarez is not focused on Anderlecht anymore". The deal will only be made official when Suarez has been declared fit to play again.

The Mauves were already looking for a replacement and made on offer on De Ceulaer during the last days of the transfer window. The striker eventually left for Genk and scored the opening goal against Anderlecht last weekend.
