Jans: "Djuricic puts too much pressure on himself"

INTERVIEWS Anderlecht has difficulties when it comes to scoring goals and Filip Djuricic is the perfect example of this fact. He has not scored any goal yet and gave only one assist. "It is not a coincidence he did not succeed at Benfica, Mainz or Southampton", his former coach Jans claims.

Ron Jans used to be his coach at Heerenveen when the Serbain winger was still succesful. "I think Djuricic puts too much pressure on himself. It stresses him out that he could not be decisive yet for Anderlecht. He should be more of a team player."

"Djuricic has been a talent for too long and it is time to take a step forward. I hope for Anderlecht he can become the player he used to be. However, it is not a coincidence that he was not successful at other teams as well."
