Coach Hugo Broos prefered Daniel Zitka instead of Tristan Peersman. "Zitka was first goalie last year", explained Broos his decision before the match. But it was Zitka who made a bad interference, which caused the second goal.

Daniel Zitka: "We didn't play well today. The defeat is a logical result. I can't judge my team mates. Everyone has to judge for himself what he did good or wrong."

"During the first half, I had almost nothing to do. During the second half, I tried to be a bit more involved in the match. I made a bad interference with the second goal. Now, we have to concentrate on Benfica Lisbon."
