Aruna keeps thinking about a transfer to Portsmouth, but Anderlecht keeps confirming that the Golden Shoe is not allowed to leave. "Not even for 20 million", said Van Holsbeeck.

And 20 million euros, that's four times the amount of money that Portsmouth want to offer for the Ivorian.

Aruna and his environment react very annoyed at the refusal of Anderlecht. Aruna would have extended his contract with Anderlecht until 2006, because Anderlecht had promised him orally that they were prepared to let him leave this summer. Now, they are threatening that Aruna would use the Fifa-rules next summer. Because of his wage and his contract for one more year, the Ivorian striker would be allowed to leave Anderlecht for one million euros.
