Hasi: "Good collective performance"

INTERVIEWS Anderlecht were satisfied with yesterday's win against Zulte Waregem but coach Besnik Hasi aims higher. "There is still a lot of work to do. The fans criticized us in the past, they were right and we still owe them a lot."

"I am happy to see this was a good collective performance. I saw a lot of improvement but we are still not where I want us to be."

Filip Djuricic and Alexander Büttner still have some physical backlog but Stéphane Badji looks to be in good shape. "Badji makes sure there is balance and competition in the team. He makes us play better. He makes us play as a team and we need such players", reacts the coach.

The fans were also behind the team and that makes the difference. "We had to show something to the fans. We went through some hard times but it can only get better from now on. Leander Dendoncker will also make his comeback soon, so that will again be a trigger for the other players and it gives us more options."
