New mobility plan in effect

On Sunday, before the game against Standard, the new mobility plan of the municipality of Anderlecht will come into effect. There will be a new parking zone, called "Astridpark", only in effect on matchdays.


The goal of the plan is to limit traffic and noise on matchdays and to stimulate public transportation.

But of course the mayor of Anderlecht saw a good opportunity to get money out of the fans' pockets. Parking will cost 5 euros per hour on matchdays. Strangly enough, the club supports this kind of business...

Residents of the neighbourhood will be allowed to park for free.
