"Ademoglu was impatient"

INTERVIEWS Anderlecht sees another talent leaving the time, this time Alper Ademoglu. Jean Kindermans, youth coordinator at Anderlecht, says Ademoglu wanted to play in the first team, despite several working points.

"We could not guarantee to let him play with the first team. He still had to make a few steps more. He is also too sensitive for injuries. He was impatient and decided not to wait any longer. Time will tell if that was the right decision. The last few years, several talents left the team. Most of them were not a success story afterwards. The only one who really made progress is Adnan Januzaj."
