Defour: "Need everyone's support"

INTERVIEWS Steven Defour started the match against Sporting Charleroi but as he just recovered from an ankle injury he had to leave the pitch after about an hour. "I was really exhausted", Defour reacted.

"I am relieved I never felt any pain in my ankle today. I was afraid to make contact in the beginning of the match but all in all it went well", said Defour.

Later on, he reached out to the fans on Twitter:

"It was not a good game. We also want to win and bring good football and we understand the fans' critics. However, we need everyone's support in these hard times", stated Defour.
