Arsène Wenger of Arsenal is interested in Charly Musonda Jr. According to the magazine People, Musonda was already in London. According to the English media, Arsenal would like to land even more Anderlecht youth players.

In exchange, Arsenal would like Anderlecht to become a partner club. That way, both teams would be able to exchange players. Though it's doubtful Anderlecht will accept such a deal.

Charly Jr. is just 14 years old, so his parents decide over a transfer. His father, Charly, is an Anderlecht icon and he's gladly seen in Brussels. His two other sons, Lamisha and Tika, also play for the club.

Further, Charly claimes he owes his life to former Anderlecht-manager Michel Verschueren. In 1993, he refused to let Musonda go for an international game. That way, he escaped a lethal plane crash.
