Nine million euro loss for the club

Anderlecht made nine million euro loss between 2007 and 2009, but this can be explained by exceptional expenses. The club needed to fund the training facility for the youth players and invested in a renovation of the stadium.


The clubs stresses there are no financial troubles, since it has no debts. The overall budget is the highest in Belgium with 35 million euro. The club pays 19.5 million on salaries each year.
