Jacobs demands more discipline and takes action

Trainer Jacobs demands discipline from his players. He changed the training schedule and organised breakfast and lunch with all the players. He also banned all talks about possible transfers from his training ground.


That way, he takes away some of the freedom of the players. He hopes to increase the team spirit and concentration this way. Fans and staff demand a reaction on the humiliating defeat against Standard.

Jacobs also planned group discussions and individual talks with the players.
