GAMES - OTHER Let's start with the good news: on Friday Belgium beat Italy with 3-1. After conceding a goal after just three minutes of play, Belgium equalised 15 minutes later through Vertongen. An excellent second half secured the victory with goals of De Bruyne and Batshuayi. But due to the terroristic attacks in Paris, today's friendly against Spain has been cancelled.

Terrorist Salah Adbeslam, involved in the attacks, is still on the run and has been living in Brussels for a long time. Meanwhile he was possibly spotted in the neighbourhood of Belgium's national stadium. Therefore, Belgium's national security office advised to cancel the match.

On top of that, Belgian football fans are not welcome in France and Monaco. This means no fans can go with the team to next week's Europa League match. Officially "France is at war and cannot guarantee the safety of the fans".
