Deschacht out for several months

Capitain Olivier Deschacht was examined in the hospital just one hour ago. The player got injured during the game against Westerlo. He'll be unavailable for several months with a serious ankle injury.


Deschacht fell on Sunday evening after heading the ball away. He injured his foot on landing and was carried off the field.

An examination revealed an injury at the ligaments and cartilage of the ankle. He'll be operated tomorrow. Biglia will become the new captain.
