Anderlecht to beat Kortrijk

Anderlecht defeated Kortrijk this evening with 3-0. The Mauves dominated most of the game, but Proto had to save a few good efforts of De Beule.


Anderlecht changed their line-up for tonight's game. Mazuch and Kouyaté returned in the team. The defence seemed to be more solid than against Zenit, though the home side was lucking when Kortrijk missed the opening goal.

From then on, the Mauves took control of the game. They created several chances and eventually Lukaku scored on a center of Boussoufa. Legear doubled the leader right before half time with a header.

The second half was worse. The pace was lower and Anderlecht did not create any more good chances. But also Kortrijk only had just two good chances via De Beule. A good Proto kept him from scoring.

Close to the end of the game, Boussoufa stole the ball from the visiting defence, dribble the goalie and scored: 3-0.
