Official: Kara Mbodj to Anderlecht!

TRANSFERS Genk defender Kara Mbodj has signed for RSCA. The Senegalese defender was already followed by the Mauves for several weeks, but his transfer fee was initially too high. In the last few days, both sides came to an agreement. 

Kara Mbodj has been playing for Racing Genk since 2013. Before, he was active to the Norwegian club Tromso. Now he continues his career in Anderlecht. What the exact transfer fee is, is not yet know. The last few days, 4.5 million euro (plus bonuses) has been mentioned in the media. Mbodj will be presented on a press conference today at 5pm. 

This probably also means the end of a possible transfer of Brazilian defender Toloi. Toloi was seen as an alternative for Mbodj, but his case was put "on hold" earlier this week because of the breakthrough with Mbodj.
