Anderlecht beat Lazio Roma in friendly

GAMES Anderlecht beat Lazio Roma this evening with 3-1. The Mauves scored three goals in the first half through Sylla, Gillet and Suarez (on penalty). Djordjevic scored the 3-1 ten minutes before the end of the game.

Remarkable was the performance of Matias Suarez. The Argentine striker seemed to reach his old level again. He dribbled past the visiting defence and was good for the assist for the first goal, scored by Sylla. Suarez himself scored the third goal, on penalty. He demanded the ball with a lot of confidence and scored. The second goal was scored by Guillaume Gillet, who also convinced the fans with a very solid performance.
