Transfers Chavarria and Shikabala stuck

Anderlecht announced that the negotiations considering Shikabala and Pablo Chavarria are stuck. Belgrano wants an immediate transfer, where as Anderlecht wants him on loan. The problem with Shikabala’s transfer is the sum.
