Anderlecht will face Cercle in the 1/4 finals of the Cup. Both clubs will meet in two legs after all. Since RSCA doesn't have a league game today due to the general forfeit of Mouscron, the 1st leg is played this evening.

To make this possible, Charleroi made a deal with Cercle to postpone tonight's league match between both clubs. The second leg will be played on Tuesday.

Manager Van Holsbeeck and trainer Ariel Jacobs are glad with the initiative Charleroi showed. But it seems there will be some issues. According to insiders, the Federal Football Organisation made some admissions to Charleroi today:
1. The procedures against Charleroi manager Bayat are remitted.
2. Ederson, who joined Charleroi this week, will be allowed to play against Cercle because the game was postponed this weekend.
3. Habibou's suspension will be rearranged so he can play against Standard.
4. Paul Taylor will be allowed after all to play for Charleroi (on a loan from Anderlecht).
