In Extra Time Ariël Jacobs said he found the football world disgusting and that he is thinking about quitting his job as a coach. Yesterday after training, Het Nieuwsblad tried to ask Jacobs some questions.

How was your visit to Marcin Wasilewski?

Axel Witsel is being suspended for 10 games.
"I don’t know and I don’t care."

Did you really mean you want to stop as a coach?
"I mean everything I say."

Has Wasilewski’s case influenced your decision?
"That has nothing to do with it."

Your contract ends in June. So you’ll quit then.
"Maybe I’ll quit tomorrow. You never know with football. When you lose it can go very fast.."

Quitting yourself or being fired is totally different.
"I my life I take most of the decisions myself. The decision has already been taken.”

So you don’t exclude you’ll sing another contract if Anderlecht proposes that to you?
"I don’t exclude anything, but it’s time to live."

So Anderlecht is your last club.
"I didn’t say I quit forever.”

Do you see yourself being a trainer in a lower league?
"Who knows?"

Is there already a new project going on for you?
"Yes."
