Van Holsbeeck: "We're asking a lot of money for Biglia"

Until recently, Anderlecht have been willing to let Lucas Biglia go, now it’s a different situation. “Because Lucas is playing so well, we’re going to ask a lot of money,” says Van Holsbeeck.

"The chance that he’ll leave this summer is very small. Because of the crisis, I don’t expect one of our big players to leave before August 31st. The qualification against Sivasspor was a good thing for us. If we hadn’t qualified, we had to sell one or two of our players to compensate the financial loss.”


Van Holsbeeck isn't ruling out more reinforcements. "We don’t have an alternative for Wasilewski’s position. Joao Pereira from Braga interests us, but we can only discuss a transfer if we beat Lyon.”
