Excellent start of the SF season

Anderlecht opened the Superleague Formula season with an excellent performance. Driver Buurman ended 2nd in the overall result. Liverpool won the race. The English also won the six team final knockout in which RSCA ended 4th


Anderlecht conquered the third position on the starting grid in Magny-Cours in France, behind Corinthians and Liverpool. The first race was won by Liverpool, before Anderlecht.

In the second race, the Mauves also obtained an excellent result. Pilot Yelmer Buurman steared his car to the fifth place, behind Milan, Olympiacos, Basel and Al Ain (and before Liverpool that ended sixth).

This means that Anderlecht ended second in the final race result, after Liverpool. In the new third race (not for points, only for money), the first three cars of the first and second race participated in a final knock-out. Anderlecht ended fourth.
