"Anderlecht interested in Alex"

Alex de Souza, the Brazilian star player of Fenerbahçe, can count on a lot of interest of Anderlecht. That writes HLN today. Yet it’s unlikely that he will come to Anderlecht.

In Istanbul Alex, a 31-year old midfielder, earns about 2.5 million euros a year. That’s a sum Anderlecht will never be able to pay. Certainly now they aren’t qualified directly for the Champions League.

Alex isn’t unknown in Brussels. Two years ago he eliminated Anderlecht with Fenerbahçe. He scored in both games.
