Tristan Peersman, who maybe will be in the goal of the Red Devils against the Netherlands Saturday, demands to be number one in Anderlecht for the goalkeeper-position. "Broos should pick me", says Peersman.

The goalkeeper only got a chance this season after Daniel Zitka got injured. But that doesn't impress Peersman: "If I hadn't caught an injury two years ago, Anderlecht probably would never have bought Zitka in the first place."

"It's the coach who decides, but the choice would be easy for me. At first, I'm a Belgian. That should be an advantage to me! Everybody is complaining that foreign players play on key positions in topteams. Now, Anderlecht has a decent Belgian keeper, why should I sit on the bench then?"

"Secondly, my age! Anderlecht can use me for another 10-12 years. I'm not worrying about a key position very often. But if I don't play in Anderlecht next season, there should be a very serious reason! Otherwise, I will have to consider some things."
