Boussoufa: "Press has more stress than me"

Saturday, Anderlecht plays the crucial game against Genk, but according to Mbark Boussoufa there’s no stress for the title. “I think the press overestimates this stress,” says the midfielder.

“As sport journalists its your job to be busy with it every day and every hour of the day,” Boussoufa says in Het Nieuwsblad. “I even think the journalists have more stress than me. The tension will rise a bit when we leave on separation on Friday.”

“That doesn’t mean we don’t realise how important the title is,” Mbark continues. “If we win the title, we’ll have a ticket to the Champions League. I prefer to avoid a qualifying round against Liverpool.”
