Biglia: "Everything goes really well for me"

Lucas Biglia was probably the happiest man at Anderlecht on Saturday. The Argentinean who struggles to find the goal sometimes, scored the third goal. “This goal was for my girlfriend,” he said.

"I’m in a very good period in my life right now,” says Lucas in Het Nieuwsblad. “Anderlecht might be champion and my girlfriend and I will welcome our little girl Alegra soon.”

Also personally he’s back at his old level. “I play a bit more offensive now. That’s how I played in Argentina as well and I like that position,” says Biglia. “And when I hear the fans shout my name, I’m super happy.”

Just in time, Lucas found his best shape. With one game left, test-games are coming closer and closer. “But I feel a calmness at the club. There is no mental pressure. With guys like De Sutter, Polak and Boussoufa we’ll find until the end.”
