Mbark Boussoufa got arrested by the police for an identity check last weekend. The day after the matter, the police report shows that everything was done correctly.

The intervention was the result of an anonymous tip saying that the place where Boussoufa was having a drink, would be a place of drug dealing. Following on that, several police teams arrived at the tearoom. When the officers entered the place, they asked everyone to put their hands on the table. “The only people who refused where Mbark and his cousin,” says the report.

After that, the officers asked for the ID-papers but both of them didn’t have the papers on them. Following the procedure, both of them had to be examined, but they resisted. Result: they were brought to the police office wearing handcuffs. There, one of the credit cards showed one of them was Mbark Boussoufa. His cousin explained his French wasn’t that good. Mbark Boussoufa apologized for his reaction.
