Beerschot wants to keep Proto

Germinal Beerschot is hoping to buy Silvio Proto after this season. However, Sporting is not planning of letting him go. At the moment he’s on loan at Germinal Beerschot.

After a long rehabilitation, Silvio Proto could not manage to return to the RSCA first-team. To keep playing, Anderlecht loaned him to Germinal Beerschot. They’re so happy right now they would like to buy Proto. According to Gunther Hofmans both clubs have talked to each other, however Anderlecht denies this.

Philippe Collin, from Anderlecht, has told them they are not planning to sell him. “It has always been said that Silvio would come back. He’s one of our better players.”
