Anderlecht is serious about enlarging its stadium. The club has not received any official permission yet, but plans are made already. They hope to finish this construction by 2013.

The enlargement will cost about 40 million euros and includes half a third ring on the second one. The new ring will start at the right of the main stand up until the stand at “het Lindeplein”. It will have about 10.000 seats.

The current second ring will be renewed partially. Anderlecht will built business-seats in the open air. 6.000 current seats will be changed into 4.000 outdoor seats. The total capacity of the Constant Vanden Stock stadium will be about 30.000 seats.

For those people also a new parking lot of two storages will be built. It will be built where the B-field is situated right now. 1.000 cars will be able to park there. Also the hospital will get some extra parking space of two or three storages. The city agrees with this proposal.
