European giants concerned about Verschueren

Real Madrid contacted Anderlecht to inform about Verschueren's condition. The former Anderlecht manager, now hospitalised, was very known in Europe and especially in Madrid because of several legendary European encounters.


Verschueren is slowly getting better, and he has regained consciousness after an induced coma. German side Bayern Munich has also expressed its concern over the RSCA legend, reportedly sending flowers to the hospital where Verschueren is confined.
