Frutos' Injury Curse Continues

Bad news for Nicolas Frutos, the striker has to be operated on and won’t play anymore during this season. He has injured his Achilles’ tendon and will be out for 3 to 6 months.

“I don’t want a new operation. But if they can convince me I’ll play again next season, I’ll do it,” says Frutos. “I’ll decide with doctor Martens what’s best to do. I’m very sorry for the team, but also for myself.”
