500.000 people carry Anderlecht in their hearts

According to a recent inquiry, more than 500.000 people carry Anderlecht in their hearts. 8% of the fans comes from the surroundings of Brussels, that makes 2000 people.

The other fans, 92%, are spread all over the country: 50% in the Dutch part, 40% in the French-speaking part.
Van Holsbeeck also talks about the capacity of the stadium: "Eventhough most of our fans don't live in Brussels, our stadium is sold out almost every championship match. What's the use of a stadium with a capacity of 45.000 people, if there are only 25.000 fans? We could set up an action to attract more fans from Brussels, but that would be useless for the moment, because we can't receive them."
