Champion Anderlecht will play against RC Genk this evening. It looks like it's going to be an interesting game, though it isn't very important to the Mauves anymore. Also the preparation for this match was quite difficult.

"After the draw against Lierse last week, a win would be very welcome to celebrate our title in a decent way", says Walter Baseggio. "We will go for the maximum of the points, though it won't change much."

"I think it's going to be an open game this evening. Genk plays very offensively. I'm sure nobody will annoy himself." Baseggio also thinks the last matches of the season are still useful, against Genk, Cercle and La Louvière. "We can use this match as a preparation for the next season, because the preliminary rounds of the Champions League will soon be there."

"It's also a good moment for some players to prove themselves and to play themselves in the eleven for the next season."
