It's not yet clear which pilot will drive Anderlecht's race car in the Superleague Formula. Since today, the car is on test at the Italian circuit of Vallelunga. The Astromega team will test five candidates.

Nico Verdonck (Italian F3) is the only Belgian amongst the test drivers. The other test pilots are from Italy (Giacomo Ricci), Denmark (Kasper Andersen), Germany (Andreas Wirth) and England (Craig Dolby).

The chance is small that a Belgian will control the Anderlecht car. Team manager Mikke Van Hool: "I have contacted everyone who qualifies. They were all interested if it is free, but thats not possible for us as a team. For each car we need still 250.000 euro. That budget of come from the driver."
