Anderlecht form Astromega team in Superleague Formula

The Superleague Formula announced 7 of the 10 race-teams. The other 3 teams will be announced in July during a test drive in Monteblanco. Anderlecht forms a team with the Brazilian Flamengo. They'll race under the name 'Astromega'


Astromega (BEL) – Flamengo and Anderlecht
Azerti Motorsport (NL) – PSV Eindhoven and Al Ain
Eurointernational (ITA) – Corinthians and TBA*
GU Racing (GER) – FC Basel and Olympiacos
Scuderia Playteam (ITA) – AC Milan and Galatasaray
West-Tec (UK) – FC Porto and Glasgow Rangers
Zakspeed (GER) – Borussia Dortmund and TBA*

Meanwhile, there are three remaining candidates for racing Anderlecht's car. Those pilotes are Jan Heylen, Bertrand Baguette and Jerôme D'Ambrosio.

Heylen has the best chance to become the club's pilot. He had experience in the American Champ Car. Baguette is currently driving in the Formula Renault 3.5 and D'Ambrosio is active in the GP2.
