Anderlecht to Champions League qualification round

Anderlecht finished the season at the second place. Tonight, the Mauves defeated Mons 1-2. That way, Anderlecht is qualified for the second qualifaction round for the UEFA Champions League.


The first half was very weak, with little chances. Luckily, there was Stani Vlcek who scored after 30 minutes of play: 0-1.

In the second half, Van Damme scored the 0-2 and secured Anderlecht's victory. Brahami of Mons got a red card and the home side was able to narrow the defeat down to one goal: 1-2 (Dalmat).
