Enlargement of the stadium the only valid option

Building a new stadium will take too long. That's what Anderlecht chairman Vanden Stock announced. Therefore, he would like to enlarge the current stadium. An increase of 8.000 extra seats is possible.


The city of Brussels is planning to build a new stadium by 2016 in Haren. Though the club doesn't want to wait that long and sees an enlargement of the Vanden Stock Stadium as the only possibility to grow. When the new stadium is completed, the club will move.
