Reform 1st division almost a fact

Monday evening, a special meeting took place between the national studycommission and the football union. The reform plan for the first division was approved. The teams of the 2nd division keep obstructing.

But since the third division teams are clearly in favour of the plan, they can't alone stop a first division composed of sixteen teams. The 17th May, the definite decision will be taken on the General Meeting.
