No agreement between Espanyol and Deschacht?

A few days ago, "Het Nieuwsblad" wrote that Espanyol and Anderlecht player Olivier Deschacht had an agreement. After an interview with Paco Herrera, the sports director of the team from Barcelona, this doesn't seem to be the case.

"Yes, Olivier Deschacht is one of the players we follow intensively", mentions sporting director Paco Herrera. "He got positive scouting reports, and we also know his conditions. But that doesn't mean that Deschacht is going to be our new leftback or even our first candidate", says Herrera. "We still have other options: Deschacht is only just one of them"
